We are seeking a dedicated Administrative and Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Department. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer, this role involves providing general accounting and administrative support within a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting invoices, credit notes, and payments.
- Reconciling suppliers’ statements.
- Maintaining the Remedies Pharmacies’ stock database, including creating and updating stock cards.
- Responding to queries from Remedies Pharmacies via phone and email.
- Compiling weekly management reports and assisting with data analysis.
- Conducting stock-takes.
- Preparing corporate documentation and performing secretarial duties.
- Maintaining due diligence questionnaires for suppliers and customers.
- Performing general filing and administrative tasks.
- Providing ad-hoc support to the Finance Department and Management.
- Assisting with receptionist duties when required.
- Carrying out any other duties as directed by the Chief Financial Officer
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum ‘O’ Level qualification in Accounts or Business Studies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A team player with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially with a stock management system, is preferred.
