We are looking for a full-time Sales Team Leader to work at Remedies Pharmacy Sliema. Reporting directly into the Managing Pharmacist, the role of this position is to deliver exceptional customer service and to direct the team of Sales Assistants in meeting their work objectives and the pharmacy’s sales targets.

Working hours are as follows:
Monday – 8am to 2pm
Tuesday – 1pm to 7:30pm
Wednesday – 11:30am to 7:30pm
Thursday – 8am to 7:30pm
Friday – 8am to 2pm
Saturday – (once every 3 weeks) 8am to 1pm AND 4pm to 7pm
Sunday – Per pharmacy roster
Requirements:
- A basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
- Proficiency in the use of a PC, preferably ECDL certified. Previous experience using a computerized POS system is a must;
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role;
- Good leadership, organizational, planning and communication skills;
- A flexible attitude towards work and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays;
- A team player and a self-motivated individual with an appetite for continuous personal development.
